Test 1: Sebastian goes first
Maranello, 14 February 2020 – The honour of giving the SF1000 its track debut in the first pre-season test at the Barcelona-Catalunya circuit will fall to Sebastian Vettel. The German will drive throughout Wednesday 19th February, handing over to Charles Leclerc for the Thursday 20th.
Driver swap. The programme then sees the driving position re-set during the Thursday lunch break for Vettel to take over for the afternoon. Charles will drive the SF1000 for all of Friday.
Test 2. After studying the data from the first three days, the team will establish the driver rota for the second test, which takes place, again at the Catalan track, from 26 to 28 February.
